The Challenge
The client’s established model for new product introduction involved their Far Eastern partners undertaking the complete design, development, and initial production of highly specified automotive seals for global markets. Following a typical six-month period of production process validation, the client faced the critical and often complex task of identifying and establishing a local European source for ongoing supply. This transition frequently presented challenges in replicating the intricate product specifications and achieving cost competitiveness within the European market.
Our Solution
